• Brand and audit data— the brand names, domains, competitor names, and prompts you submit so we can run AI visibility audits for you.
• Usage data— how you use the platform, device and browser information, IP address, and analytics data.
• Communications— messages you send us through our contact form, email, or demo bookings.
• Payment information— handled securely by our payment provider. We never store your card numbers.

We use cookies and similar technologies on branviz.com. When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose per category. Non-essential cookies are not set until you consent.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account data for the life of your account (and a short period afterwards for legal and billing reasons), and analytics data for the retention periods described in the Cookies section.
